Shipping policy
Products are sent from Helsinki, Finland. All orders are processed in 2-3 business days. Shipping usually takes 2-7 business days. We offer standard delivery, and the shipping costs are calculated based on those rates. Currently we ship within EU countries exclusively.
Shipping costs:
- Finland: 4,50€, Free shipping for over 90€ orders.
- Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia: 9,90€
- Germany, Sweden, Denmark: 14,90€
- Netherlands, Belgium, Bulgaria, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Austria, Greece, Croatia, Cyprus, Luxembourg, Malta, Portugal, Poland, France, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Monaco: 19,90€

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within a week (two weeks outside of Finland) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@pixielandfamiliars.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
